By using Vidtools you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short and plain.
The service
Vidtools provides free video tools that run entirely in your browser. No account is required and your files are processed on your own device.
Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the files you process and for having the right to do so. Do not use Vidtoolsfor any unlawful purpose or to infringe anyone's rights. Because processing happens locally, we never receive or review your files.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Browser capabilities vary, and some files or formats may not be supported. Always keep a copy of your original files.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidtools and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the tools, including loss of data. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
Ads and third parties
Vidtools may show ads and use third-party services as described in our Privacy Policy. Those services are governed by their own terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
